I recently wrote a commentary for the Napa Valley Register’s Community Voices section, reflecting on something many of us in Napa are feeling right now — the noise of constant change, growth, and competing priorities in our community, and the deeper need we all have for space to think, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.
It’s a theme that shows up often in my work as a therapist with clients too: learning to create room for clarity amid the noise of daily life we are all experiencing.
